How do I move up the tiers?
You move up the tier by staying more nights with us. Please note only bookings made from our Official website will be considered for tier upgrade.
How is stayed night calculated?
Stay night is defined as one night stayed in our hotel. Let us consider below
scenarios
Scenario 1: You book one room for 1 day, this stay will be counted as 1 stayed
night.
Scenario 2: You book one room for 2 day, this stay will be counted as 2 stayed
night.
Scenario 3: You books 3 rooms for 1 day, this stay will be counted as 1 stayed
night.
Do my tier expire?
The upgrade is valid for one year and happens three days after the member has achieved stayed night. After one year, the stayed night is calculated again and the member tier will be decided according to the stayed nights in past two year.
