Newlegacy Hospitality is a Japanese startup company based in Bangkok and active in Hospitality Industry as a Hotel Operator to offer a full range of hotel management services for small and mid sized hotel with 50-200 rooms. We started to manage hotel in Thailand in 2016 under brand "Kokotel", the brand is focusing on creating hotel service standard at the same level of hotel in Japan and combined with the kinded service of Thai staff to make "Kokotel" to become a new hotel guest-loved brand.

Our first property was established in Bangkok under the name “Kokotel Bangkok Surawong” under "Bed & Cafe" concept, combining 2 services which are accommodation and restaurant together. External guests can come for dining and use the hotel's public area as a co-working space as well. The concept help to increase the opportunity to generate more income from all areas of the hotel.

Newlegacy Hospitality is currently trusted by hotel owners to manage their hotel and there are already more than 20 hotels throughout Thailand in the tourist city that we manage both under Kokotel brand and owner's brand such as Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Krabi, etc.

We aim to expand our brand even more in the future around South-East Asia.

The hotel management team is led by Ray Matsuda, CEO of Newlegacy Hospitality who has been in the hospitality industry, financial and investment services in SEA and India markets for over 20 years, along with a full range of professional hotel management teams in various fields to help hotel's owner drive revenue and get the best return.

Also, our company has been supported for an investment and inspection from our head company REAPRA PTE. LTD in Singapore and Relo Group, inc. including Relo Vacations, Ltd in Japan. Which made our company have to develop ourself and operate with efficiently all the time.

Feasibility Study & Proposal

After visiting your hotel's site, Kokotel's business development team will do a feasibility study of the project to see financial projection for owne's return and Kokotel's management fee. If the study shown that we bith have a good return. we will propose you a hotel management plan!

Meeting & Negotiate

You can negotiate and discuss a hotel management plan with us. For example, if we propose that we would like to manage your hotel as Kokotel brand but you prefer to operating it as your own brand, just share your thoughs to us. We'd love to hear your opinion and open to adjust the management plan to be the best suit to your hotel, and of course! we will manage your hotel with the same standards as our Japanese Kokotel brand. Any concerns, please feel free to let us know!
